The decision from Justice Peters has come in. My Appeal has been upheld!
I read the decision, which is attached ( above) , just 40 minutes before it was publicly published.
I rang my closest family and then I went on my X platform, and read out some of the decision, and spoke my words of deep thanks to my family, my friends and all those caring Kiwis who supported me through this ordeal.
The recording of that message is above. You can see the visual of it on X.
Please - if you are one of the wonderful humans in this country and overseas, who chose to give me messages of support and concern, through these last two dark years, or to offer financial help so I could pay Matthew Hague and Timothy Leighton of Frontline Law to act on my behalf in the case itself, and in the two Appeals we lodged, and if you turned up at Court on those many many appearances we had to do (because the Police never fronted up with the Airport Security Camera Evidence until 18 months after the arrest), I offer you my most sincere and grateful thanks.
It has always been you who have kept me going - you, the Good Kiwis, the real and decent ones who have chosen to retain our shared humanity and compassion above all else, through these grave and dangerous years since the Great Con was rolled out, and the police and others in positions of trust have felt entitled to abuse us and the trust we once had in them.
This is my victory today but it’s a victory that I hope will give courage to all Kiwis who have been wrongly accused and prosecuted under our WEF-led puppet governments.
One victory can become two victories, can become four victories, can become The People winning back our country from those who have so betrayed us.

Is New Zealand Hovering On The Brink Of a Police State?
The rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened. — President John F. Kennedy
This was a first class article by Mary Hobbs for the Daily Telegraph , when my Lawfare case went so hard against me, and when I was found Guilty. Today that Guilty conviction for lightly touching an arm while saying "Excuse Me" twice, was overturned, and found to amount to a "Miscarriage of Justice". I want to thank Mary Hobbs and the Daily Telegraph for what they did ( above) when the darkness was at its most inky black.
I want to thank Snoopman in New Zealand for his vast and thorough work on my case. You will always remain one of the heroic Honest Ones of the NZ Freedom Movement, Steve. I recommend his Substack. A good man- honest, true, and brave.
Thank you Coronavirus Plushie for your editing work in support of a just and fair outcome . Your work has made a significant contribution.
