December 29, 2021 - Steve and Krissy Oliver own New Lynn's Oliver MMA gym in Auckland. He’s passionate about helping his community, where he says people are experiencing extreme mental health distress. “We care about them. We’ve put in extra health measures to ensure we can help them get the right support”.
He’s now been given the first covid-related financial penalty by work safe under the NZ traffic light system: $12000 for one day, and they’re threatening to return to hand out more fines.

19th Feb 2022 - Steve and Liz at the Wellington Freedom Protest at Parliament
24th February 2022: Steve Oliver and Liz Gunn sat down to talk after both taking their 2nd trips to stand on the front line at the 'End the Mandates' protest at parliament.
Steve is his usual straight-talking and honest self and gives his thoughts about the true feeling and atmosphere of the protest, having been on the ground in Wellington the last two weekends.
