I received a reply to my questioning of these 9 pages of adverse effects on X. The response stated quote: "The 'Adverse Effects of Special Interest' are things listed BEFORE a trial starts - so that records of them are kept and kept with agreed wording IF they are seen.
It's not all side effects either, so manufacturing issues have to be recorded as do lab quality testing issues". Indeed the 9 pages does list manufacturing issues - see for yourself.
SO - is this just a red herring? Can ANYONE find proof of what this response states? As they may well be right and we do need to know the truth here wherever the cards fall.
